Lighting Hire Prices

We understand that organising an event can be very stressful (however large or small), so we try to take every opportunity to make hiring as stress free as possible.

• We install and setup the lighting to your liking.

• We also offer a DIY lighting option.

• Includes DMX colour mixer.

• Our colour mixer is simple to use but we will give you full instructions on how to operate this.

• A delivery charge per mile will be included where the distance is 5 miles plus from Wolverhampton.

• To protect our equipment we hire we ask for an insurance deposit. This is refunded when all equipment is checked post event.

• We clear all our equipment after so you don't have to.

• We offer multi day discounts!

If, at your venue, we find less lighting is required you will be refunded for the lights not used, however if more lighting is required we will not charge you extra for additional lighting.

We would love to hear about your ideas and requirements, from this we will create a lighting plan for your venue. We then check with you to ensure you are happy before the hire date. This also enables us to give you an accurate quote and ensure that your idea and vision is met. 

Below are some examples for our lighting packages:

• Installed lighting by us will include a lighting controller, setup and clearing afterwards.

• DIY lighting hire will include us presetting your colour. Plus we will give you instructions on how to change these if you change your mind.

We will happily deliver within or up to 5 miles for free from Wolverhampton. If we deliver further, a charge per mile is added.
